Channel your inner John Madden by turning your regular PC into a tablet PC telestrator with Hantech's Tablo.

An IR/ultrasonic sensor gets jacked into your PC via USB and gets clipped to the top of your screen. Using the special pen, you can now draw and write and diagram on your screen - and then save whatever you doodled. You can draw a mustache on the Mona Lisa in Photoshop, write and send emails in your own chicken scratch, write a play out in long-hand, diagram Santonio Holmes' SuperBowl-winning catch and, if your handwriting is neat enough, the software will translate your deathless prose into regular text.

You also can clip the sensor to a piece of paper and, BANG!, whatever you scratch on the pad shows up on screen.

Already available in Canada and Europe, Tablo be coming to the U.S. for $100 "soon," along with Mac software.
